About us

Halsworth Data Services was formed in 2026 to provide one thing well: a secure, managed way for the people who maintain equipment to reach it. Our engineers have spent most of their careers running maintenance networks for manufacturers and service organisations, and the company was set up to offer that work as a service to organisations that would rather not build and staff it themselves.

We are a small company and intend to stay one. We take on a limited number of customers, connect their sites properly and look after them directly. When you call the service desk you speak to an engineer who knows your network.

Where we work

Our office and service desk are on Halsworth Park in Halsworth. The service desk is staffed around the clock for priority 1 and 2 faults. We operate engineer access gateways at two sites in the United Kingdom and in a data centre in New Jersey for customers whose equipment is in North America, and we use local field engineers, under our supervision, where work on site is needed.

How we work

• Every customer has a named service manager and a written service schedule.
• Changes to customer networks are planned, approved by the customer and recorded on our service desk. Planned work that affects a customer's sites is announced on our status page, without naming the customer.
• We do not resell access to our gateways and we do not share customer information with other customers, suppliers or anyone else, except where the law requires it.
• We publish our terms of business.
